The Vapolution 2.0 is a simple, yet effective, vaporizer that has a place for both medical users and recreational vaporizer aficionados alike, offers contaminate free vapor, with it’s glass on glass tract. The 12V DC design uses very little power, and the unit can be left on for hours at a time without worry of overheating or the heater burning out. It only takes about 4 minutes for the unit to warm up from a cold start.
The Vapolution Vaporizer is easy to use and sturdy. The car adapter that is included with the basic package makes taking the vaporizer anywhere convenient, for a psuedo-portable vaporizing experience.
A feature that makes the Vapolution 2.0 unique is that it requires no grinding. You can simply break off a piece of your herbal matter and begin to enjoy instant vapor. I can see this notion not sitting too well with the vape users that I know. Your purists will maintain that grinding offers up the most surface area, for more evenly heated herb, theoretically resulting in better vaporization.
The basic package comes with the following:
1 Vapolution Vaporizer 2.0 model - 1 12VDC regulated power supply.
1 Vehicle adapter.
2 Straight glass bowls (1 Medium and 1 Large) .
2 Medical grade whips 3.5′ in length. The basic package is sold for around $125, and is covered by a Manufacturer Lifetime Limited Warranty. The Vapolution 2.0 Vaporizer is a great choice for people who are looking for a vaporizer that will stretch their herbal treasures to last twice as long, and save a boat load of money! The Vapolution has features not found in the more expensive vaporizers (no grinding and a car charger for example) and at $125.00 this vape will pay for itself in no time.
This is definitely not a portable vaporizer, and it does require an AC power source to run. I am used to portable, battery operated vaporizer, so this was new to me and something I needed to adjust to. My first experience with a table top vaporizer, The Extreme Q, found me impressed with the density and volume of the vapor. The only portable that comes close is the Davinci. The vapor produced is smooth and much cooler, without the harshness found in combustion inhalation, and you have the option to vape directly through tubing or to use a balloon, like with the Volcano.
The Extreme Q heats up quite rapidly, only taking about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the temperature setting you choose, within the range of 122°F to 500°F, and it’s ceramic heating technology has a lifetime warranty. The exterior casing is finished with stainless steel, which doesn’t get too hot when in use. The LED screen displays fan, timer and temperature info for better control.
The Extreme Q comes with a detachable glass elbow that can be used to attach the wand whip and vaping tubing, or to use one of the two balloons that come with it. You don’t have to switch the detachable elbow to switch between vaping methods (tubing or a balloon), I really think that this is an advantage over other table top vaporizers I have used.
Included with your Extreme Q Vaporizer purchase:
Warming Unit and Power Adapter
Glass Cyclone Bowls
Glass Potpourri Dish
Potpourri Sample Screen Pack
Interchangeable/Replaceable Glass Whip
Glass Stirring Tool
3 Foot Whip
Balloons/Bags with Glass Balloon Mouthpieces & O-Rings
The Plenty Vaporizer is a handheld, whip-style vaporizer. Made by the same people who brought us the Volcano, the Plenty Vap produces some of the best vapor I’ve seen and enjoyed in a handheld. Some refer the to The Plenty as a portable vaporizer, and it is pretty compact; weighing in at 1.5 pounds and measuring 6″ long by about 2″ wide, but keep in mind, it does require an AC power source, so it’s not portable in the sense that you could take it hiking, for example.
The Plenty has some noteworthy features; including an air cooled stainless steel vapor wand, a double helix heat exchanger and an analog temperature gauge controlled by an adjustment wheel. There is a huge filling chamber for your herbs which allows for as little or much product as you choose to vaporize, and the vapor produced by the Plenty is smooth and plentiful. The cooling coil connects the herb chamber and the mouthpiece, and produces super cool and smooth vapor. The vapor is not only less harsh but the flavor is much more pronounced.
The Plenty Vaporizer is fairly simple to use and operate. You start by selecting the temperature you desire, the Plenty’s temp range is between 266°F to 395°F max. Reaching max temperature takes only about 3 minutes to achieve. Put your substance in the filling chamber, attach the flexible metal heating cooling coil and the mouthpiece and enjoy!
The Plenty comes shipped with the following items :
Flexible Metal Cooling Coil
I am pretty certain the makers of the Plenty named it so because of the amount of vapor this unit produces. Truly remarkable! I was astounded by the amount I was exhaling. If you’re someone who is trying to make the shift from smoking to vaping, the Plenty is the answer. Vaping with this baby I felt like I was smoking! This vaporizer rocks for vapor quality, enough so that I can over look the unusual design, and resist the obvious temptation to compare it to a power tool. The Plenty’s biggest downside is that you are tethered to a wall socket.
